Welcome to the Willie Nelson and friends Museum and Nashville Souvenirs, two great Nashville attractions in ONE location. We're thrilled to have you here and hope to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your visit to our store and museum.

At the Willie Nelson and Friends Museum we pride ourselves on offering a unique blend of Nashville charm, country music nostalgia, and authentic memorabilia from Willie Nelson and over 35 of his legendary music industry friends.

And if that's not enough, we also have the largest and oldest (45 years and counting...) souvenir and gift shop in Nashville. We're your one-stop shop for Nashville souvenirs, Willie Nelson gifts and apparel, Jack Daniel's merchandise and all things country music related.

  • What are your opening hours?

    • We are open 7 days a week beginning at 9:00am each day. During season, we may close at slightly different hours but generally between 7:00-9:00pm but never before 6:00pm.  ​Click here to see current opening and closing hours.

  • Where are you located?

    • We are located at 2613 McGavock Pike just off exit #12 on Briley Parkway (Hwy155) approximately 10-15 minutes from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). We are directly across the street from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and the Grand Ole Opry House.​

  • What exhibits do you have in the museum?

    • You'll be pleased to know we feature personal items and memorabilia of not only Willie Nelson​ but more than 35 other of his friends and country music legends like Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings and Hank Williams, Jr. See a full list of our exhibits by clicking here.

  • Do you offer guided tours?

    • Yes we do have the option to offer guided tours. If you are considering a guiding option then click here and provide some additional information in advance so we can work to accommodate your needs.​

  • What types of souvenirs and gifts do you sell in the Nashville Souvenirs store?

    • As Nashville's largest souvenir and gift shop we stock a huge selection of items including t-shirts, hats, key chains, stickers, mugs, local foods, candles, shot glasses and much, much more. We also carry a full line of licensed Jack Daniel's merchandise and apparel along with all things Nashville and Country Music related.   • Can I purchase Nashville souvenirs online?

    • Yes, you certainly can. We stock a whole lot more in our physical store location but if you are unable to visit in person you can shop securely on line with us at NashvilleSouvenirs.com.​

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    • Yes, we have discounts for larger groups of guests depending on size and whether or not you would like a guided tour. Go here for additional options and details for group discounts.​

  • Is there parking available nearby?

    • Yes there is, lots of it and it is completely FREE. Unlike many places we offer free parking with lots of space. We can also accommodate tour buses, RV's and more.​

​

  • Do you offer wheelchairs?

    • Although we do not offer wheelchairs our store and museum are very disability conscious and friendly. We offer wide aisles, easy access restroom and lots of available seating options.​

​

  • How long does it take to tour the museum?

    • The museum is self guided (unless a guided tour is booked in advance) so you are free to spend as much or as little time as your schedule allows. However, we suggest allowing an average of 45 minutes to an hour to take the "walk the country music history".​

​

  • Do you allow photos or video to be taken in the museum?

    • Yes, you are encouraged to take photos and/or video. But, to protect our memorabilia we request you do not use your cameras flash when filming or documenting your experience.​

​

  • Are pets allowed in the museum and store?

    • Yes, we love our pets too. Howeve, we request all pets are to either be held or carried in some type of pet stroller or other pet carrier(s). The exception to that policy is for properly identified service animals.

​

  • How much does it cost to tour the museum?

    • Adults are $12.95 plus tax but children under twelve are FREE. Discounts are available for booking in advance, click here for a 20% discount.​

​

  • Can you shop in the store without having to pay to visit the museum?

    • Absolutely! It's FREE and we encourage you to check out our massive selection of Nashville and country music related merchandise.​

​

  • Are there lots of places to eat nearby?

    • Yes, there are many, many restaurants located within walking distance or a very short drive, i.e.1-2 miles. But here's a small sampling of nearby restaurants include Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, The Cheesecake Factory, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Aquarium Restaurant, Chuy's Mexican Food's, Romano's Macaroni grill and P.F. Chang's Bistro.

  • Do you have a lot of hotel rooms near the Museum?

    • YES, there are literally thousands of nearby hotel rooms. The biggest being the Gaylord Opryland Hotel which is across the street from us with over 2,700 rooms!  Within walking distance of us you'll also find many other options including several Marriott properties, Hilton properties and locally owned hotel options.​

  • I travel in a camper or RV, are there accommodations nearby?

    • You bet there are! We have several camping and RV parks just down the street. A few great options include the Two Rivers Campground, Nashville RV Resort and Campground along with the Nashville KOA Resort to name a few.​

  • What other things are there to do nearby?

    • Lots of things are nearby and more are being added each year. Click here for more details and read about other local Nashville attractions.​

  • How close is the nearest airport to the Museum?

    • The Nashville International airport (BNA) is only a short drive away. It is located just off of I-40 east and takes about 15-20 minutes to get there from the museum depending upon traffic.​

​

  • I'm in the media, is your museum available to use as a country music history venue for interviews, documentaries or film projects?

    • We have hosted a multitude of country music artist interviews, performances and film projects. Let us know you ideas or what you're interested in by clicking here.​
